By filling this form out, this does not guarantee acceptance of any animal by LARAS House. This form is used on a case by case basis to determine our ability to take the animal based on the safety of the animal, medical condition of the animal and available room at our shelter. There are also surrender fees that will be applied. These fees will be applied on a case by case basis. As we are a non-profit organization, vetting and medical services that are administered for the care of the animals, are not cheap. We also require that a rabies vaccination be current on any surrender. Surrender fees are as follows:

Single animal surrender fees, dog/cat- $50.00

Litter surrender fees, dog/cat- $20.00 (per puppy/kitten)
